Bio
US pianist and composer Tsai-yun Huang has been writing and performing music since she was a child, and her original Classical and Chinese music has been performed in concert halls such as National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Carnegie Hall, and Weill Recital Hall. She's received numerous international awards, including The Ignacy Paderewski International Composition Competition Award and the ICE 21st Century Young Composers Project, and she has also recently signed deals with several large publishers. In addition to the piano, Tsai-yun also plays the pipa and linqin.
